Christ
The Church shall exist to honor Jesus Christ alone as the Head of the Church and the One for Whom, in Whom, and through Whom the Church operates.
Prayer
Prayer is the spiritual lifeblood of CWC. “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you make it a den of robbers.”
The Word
The Church is led by the Holy Scriptures as the ultimate authority, with guidance and direction through the illumination of the Holy Spirit.
Breaking of Bread
The sharing together of meals and the Lord’s Supper in Fellowship is a principal means by which we will maintain bonds of unity.
Character
The Church and its Members shall maintain the highest standards of integrity and morality
Community
The Church shall exist to serve the community.
Worship
We believe that all of life is a sacred act of Worship and that God created us primarily to Worship Him. Whatever we do shall be for the glory of God.
Unity
The Church believes that in Unity with other churches and like-minded organizations shall we be able to change communities for the common good of everyone
Excellence
The Church and its Members shall do everything over and above the call of duty to the very best possible standard.
Vision
Faith, Love, Service, and Community are at the heart of everything we do.
Our Mission
We believe that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation and that the command to make disciples of all nations is the primary mission of the Church. Every member is called to participate in the mission as they are enabled by God's grace.
